Parenting doesn’t come with a manual—but it doesn’t have to feel like guesswork either. Our coaching is designed for moms who want more than tips and tricks: you want confidence, clarity, and connection with your kids (and yourself).

In each session, you’ll get:

  • Guidance rooted in real life. No “perfect mom” expectations here—just practical tools that fit your busy world.
  • Expert support with heart. Our coaches bring knowledge in parenting, child development, and emotional intelligence—plus a big dose of empathy.
  • Space to breathe and grow. A safe place to ask questions, share struggles, and find strategies that actually work for your family.

We focus on building connection over control, helping you raise resilient kids while keeping your own sanity intact.

Whether you join a 1:1 coaching plan or our group sessions, you’ll walk away with tools you can use immediately, and the reassurance that you’re not alone in this journey.

Meet our experts
Yey Díaz de Villalvilla: Cuban Musicologist, Educator, and Researcher. Master in Educational Psychology. Specialist in BioNeuroEmotion. Author and speaker.

A child’s imagination will lead them to discover the world, and, without realizing it, in that arduous process, they will also discover themselves. Every success and misstep will provide insights that allow them to align their imagination with their experience. They will discover, among other things, that their imagination almost never takes them where they thought it would, and their ability to make that adjustment will determine their experience of success.

For their part, the parent faces the challenge of bridging the gap between what they think should happen and what ultimately does. The parent's willingness to embrace the consequences and share their own learning experiences with their child will influence how secure or insecure their child feels during the process.

Both are called to grow together, embracing their limitations and finding inspiration in each discovered ability, developed skill, and acquired knowledge. Prioritizing connection over hierarchy and empathy over “I told you so” will allow them to mutually appreciate one another’s presence and kindly embrace the inevitable process of growth that life offers us.
