Hi, I'm Aniri

I wrote poetry as a girl in Cuba, then put it away for something more practical. It came back when my son Diego was born, making up rhymes and stories for him — and I found that a story taught him more than one more lecture from me. I'm not an emotions expert: I'm a tired mom at 7pm who wanted something she could just pick up and share with her child. The Brave Leaf is me, and it's also your child on the first day of school.
